Three steps, no upload
Nothing is queued, emailed or stored. The work happens on the machine in front of you.
Drop your statement
A digital PDF, a scan, or photos of the pages. Locked files are fine — the password stays on your device too.
It reads and checks itself
Columns are detected automatically, then every row is reconciled against the statement's own balances.
Download Excel or CSV
A formatted workbook with totals, filters and per-year sheets — or CSV, OFX and QIF.
Built for statements that don't behave
Most converters handle a tidy digital PDF. The hard part is everything else.
Knows Nigerian banks
Layouts for 25+ banks and wallets, with automatic detection when you're not sure.
Reads scans and photos
On-device OCR copes with pages that arrive sideways, faint or shadowed.
Checks its own work
Rows are tested against the running balance; anything that doesn't reconcile is flagged.
You can fix the columns
Drag the dividers where they belong, and name your own fields like S/N or Source.
Analysis, not just rows
Categories, counterparties, monthly inflow and outflow, and an affordability summary.
No size limits or queues
A 400-page statement converts as happily as a 3-page one. Nothing is uploaded.
A full PDF toolkit, no account
The same rule applies: nothing is uploaded, and there are no limits.
Request access
We're widening the range of statements Dockonverter reads, and letting people in a few at a time so we can act on what breaks.
- Free for the whole beta — every feature, no conversion limits, no card.
- Usually approved within a day or two, by hand.
- We answer — send a statement that reads wrong and it usually becomes a fix.
Questions
Is my bank statement really not uploaded?
Really. The conversion is JavaScript running in your browser — the same place this page runs. Open your browser's network tab while converting and you'll see the file go nowhere.
Which banks are supported?
Most Nigerian banks and wallets, including GTBank, Zenith, Access, FCMB, UBA, Fidelity, Sterling, Wema, Union, Stanbic IBTC, Keystone, Globus, Jaiz, Providus, Lotus, Moniepoint, PalmPay and OPay. If yours isn't listed, automatic detection usually still reads it — and the column editor lets you correct anything it gets wrong.
What about scanned or photographed statements?
Supported. Text recognition runs on your device and handles pages that are scanned sideways, lit unevenly or photographed with a phone. Scans are slower and less exact than digital PDFs, so the reconciliation checks matter more — the app tells you which rows it is confident about.
Why is it invite-only, and how long will I wait?
Because the hard part of this product is the statements we haven't seen yet. Letting people in a handful at a time means we can look at what fails and fix it, instead of collecting complaints. Requests are reviewed by hand, usually within a day or two. The PDF toolkit needs no account and no waiting.
What will it cost?
Nothing during the beta — no card, no limit, nothing to cancel. Paid plans will arrive once the converter has been tested on enough real statements. Beta users will hear about it from us first, and nothing will start charging by itself.
Do you store anything at all?
Your email and whatever you type into the request form, plus counts — how many statements you've converted and how well each conversion scored — which is how we know what to fix next. No statement content, no file names, no uploads.
